IV. I go to Jazzercise twice a week right now, for Rockettes, and I generally do sets of 100 jumping jacks throughout the day, I find that this helps, and I also do at least 100 crunches every night. I am not really one for working out, I hate it. I'm starting a liquid semi-fast tomorrow, I used to live off of Diet Cherry Coke, Diet Green Tea, and Diet Nestea. Lately, partly on account of the fact that it's summer and I've been smoking way to much chron, I've been out of control eating, and I need to get back on track. I'm going ana again with a friend, so that should be good for support and such. I figure I can go on a very restricted diet this week, eating only an apple or so a day. I'm talking too much, so I'll end this now. FUCK it's already five o' clock.
